NCR Cabs Terms and Conditions
By booking a cab with NCR Cabs — whether by phone, WhatsApp, or website — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. These terms govern all taxi services provided by NCR Cabs operating at ncrcab.in.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all customers who book or use taxi services provided by NCR Cabs, based at 3125, Ranjeet Nagar, Patel Nagar, Delhi – 110008.
By making a booking with NCR Cabs — verbally, via WhatsApp, or through the website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Services Offered
NCR Cabs provides the following taxi and cab hire services across Delhi NCR and pan India:
- Airport taxi transfers — IGI Delhi (T1, T2, T3) and Jewar Noida Airport
- One-way cab hire between cities with genuine one-way pricing
- Outstation cab services — round trip and one way, pan India
- Local cab hire by the hour — 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour packages
- Corporate cab services for employee and executive transport
- Group travel in Tempo Traveller for pilgrimages, events, and family trips
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from an NCR Cabs representative via call or WhatsApp.
- Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp (+91-8168123083), or the website booking form at ncrcab.in.
- A confirmed booking includes the vehicle type, pickup time, pickup location, destination, and agreed fare.
- Customers are advised to book outstation and airport trips at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle and driver availability.
- During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, summer holidays), advance booking of 3–7 days is strongly recommended.
- NCR Cabs reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion without being required to state a reason.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation — including driver name, vehicle number, and fare — from NCR Cabs. Do not assume confirmation unless this is communicated to you.
4. Fares & Payment
- Fares are quoted as a fixed amount at the time of booking confirmation. This is the amount you pay at the end of the trip.
- The quoted fare covers driver charges and fuel for the agreed route and vehicle.
- Tolls, state border taxes, and parking fees are charged as actuals and are additional to the base fare.
- Extra kilometres or hours beyond an agreed local package will be billed at the applicable per-unit rate, communicated at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer.
- Payment is typically settled at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- For outstation bookings, an advance payment may be requested at the time of confirmation.
- NCR Cabs does not apply surge pricing at any hour or on any day.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- All cancellations must be communicated directly via call or WhatsApp at +91-8168123083.
- NCR Cabs may cancel a booking in cases of vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, or force majeure. In such cases, any advance paid will be refunded in full.
6. Passenger Conduct
NCR Cabs expects all passengers to maintain respectful and safe conduct throughout their journey:
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers at all times.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all NCR Cabs vehicles.
- All passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
- The maximum passenger capacity for each vehicle must not be exceeded.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be assessed and charged to the responsible party.
NCR Cabs reserves the right to terminate a trip immediately and without refund if a passenger's behaviour endangers the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
7. Limitation of Liability
- NCR Cabs shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- NCR Cabs is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles after a trip. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.
- Our maximum liability to any customer, in any situation, is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
- NCR Cabs is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including missed flights, missed meetings, or other downstream losses resulting from a delayed or cancelled trip.
8. Delays & No-Shows
- In the event of a driver delay, NCR Cabs will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated arrival time.
- For airport pickups, NCR Cabs monitors your flight status using your flight number and adjusts driver arrival time automatically — at no extra charge.
- Free waiting time is included: up to 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and up to 60 minutes for international arrivals.
- If a passenger is not available at the agreed pickup point beyond the included waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancelled without refund.
9. Baggage
- Reasonable personal luggage appropriate to the booked vehicle type is permitted at no extra charge.
- Excessive, oversized, or hazardous items may be refused at the driver's or NCR Cabs' discretion, or may incur an additional handling charge agreed before the trip.
- NCR Cabs is not responsible for any damage to baggage during transit.
- If you have unusually large luggage (e.g., oversized boxes, bicycles, musical equipment), please inform us at the time of booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.
10. Privacy
The personal data you share with NCR Cabs during booking — including your name, phone number, and trip details — is used solely to provide and improve our taxi services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please read our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
11. Changes to These Terms
NCR Cabs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of NCR Cabs services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
